Nkonyane is a 100% Black, Female-owned law firm in the small enterprise category. The firm comprises of a team of excellent Legal Professionals who boast experience and expertise in various areas of law.

ADMINISTRATION OF DECEASED ESTATES
When a person passes away, their estate must be wound up. This means that their assets and liabilities must be dealt with and distributed accordingly. We assist with this process as well as with obtaining Letters of Authority / Executorship.
BANKING AND FINANCE LAW
We provide advice to our clients on the regulatory framework that governs the transactions they have and want to enter into. Our team are experienced to advise on the implications both nationally and internationally. We are able to assist in an advisory and consultancy basis, with drafting, interpretation and vetting of agreements to ensure that their interests are protected.
